Details: The plant is suitable to process MANGO (10 t/h input) for the production of puree packed in aseptic bags.
The includes also a reconstitution line for the preparation of nectars and fruit juices starting from mango puree.
Mango puree is diluted with water and sugar to get a drinkable nectar.
The plant can treat also other type of fruit puree. Capacity of the line: 1000 l/h of finished product.
The sugar will be dosed directly to the Thermobermatic suitable for the preparation for nectars.
