Made up of two indipenedent units on the same support frame. Single unit principal features: - Epoxy painted steel frame structure - Reel holding group with cones, motorized unwinding system and automatic machine stoppage at film runout. Film compensation by dancing roller. Motorized reel support frame for perfect alignement of seal on forming tube. - Inverter for speed adjustement - Electromechanical intermittent motion horizontal seal jaws, driven by brushless motors - Vertical hinged sealing group for rapid forming tube changeover. - Friction drive film transport belts, self-centring, with pneumatic opening. - Control panel on an hinged arm, with programming keyboard, thermoregulators for sealing and printing temperature control, stop/start push bottons. Display with two separate sections, one for each unit. - Encoder for bag length control (alternative to the photocell for central printing) - Pneumatic circuit with alarm for air runout (on the control panel) - Electrical control cabinet with PLC and first cls componenets. Wired according to European 24V directives. Mounted on sliding guides. - The machine can work with any heatseal materials like polypropilene, alluminium complex, PVC, laminated film and polyethylene (PE version) - All moving mechanical parts and external support are treated with food grade chemical nichel bath with 0,3 mm metal penetration in order to guarantee inoxidizability.
